After all, our nose is always at the center of our face.  However, with nose surgery, we can correct the shape or size of your nose. Very often, this also gives your self-confidence an instant boost. <\/p>\n<h2>When is rhinoplasty interesting?<\/h2>\n<p>Our nose is impossible to conjure away. After all, it is right there in the middle of our face. This means that many people will notice if your nose is not the desired shape or size. Some examples of things we can correct are:   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your nose is too big, too wide, too small or not balanced with the rest of your face<\/li>\n<li>On the bridge of the nose there is a hump or thickening<\/li>\n<li>Your nose is not quite straight<\/li>\n<li>Your nostrils are too small or too large<\/li>\n<li>Your nose tip is too bulbous or sticking up (wiggly nose)<\/li>\n<li>You have breathing problems due to obstructions or irregularities in your nose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Rhinoplasty at Duinbergen Clinic<\/h2>\n<p>Our certified plastic surgeon has extensive experience treating patients who are unhappy with the size, shape or position of their nose. We have the knowledge and state-of-the-art equipment to perform different types of rhinoplasty <strong>safely and responsibly<\/strong>. During a preliminary consultation, we always discuss whether a rhinoplasty is at all feasible and what results can be achieved. In doing so, we listen carefully to your specific needs and evaluate your medical history and health. We usually work together with an ORL doctor so that your breathing is optimized. The procedure takes place at AZ Zeno and you will stay in the hospital for 1 night.     <\/p>\n<h2>How does nasal surgery work?<\/h2>\n<p>Which technique is appropriate for you depends on exactly what needs to be corrected: the bridge of the nose, the tip of the nose, the nasal septum, the nostrils, or a combination of these. Because the nose is given the desired &#8211; natural &#8211; appearance and the surgery leaves no visible scars over time, self-confidence increases anyway. A correction of the nasal septum also comes with improved breathing through the nose.  <\/p>\n<h2>Is nasal surgery painful?<\/h2>\n<p>During a rhinoplasty, the area around the nose is always numbed. The surgery is therefore not painful, and symptoms remain minimal in the weeks that follow. However, mild swelling, bruising, or minor bleeding cannot be ruled out.
